He who is empty is whole, he who chooses to be- becomes something, someone who is whole cannot choose, believes in the power of darkness- that completes him just like Krishna and the power of wholeness that comes from darkness, has both happiness and misery.
Wholeness makes a person real, free from bondages, represents all art of existence. Interpretations of the Gita interpret Krishna, and mostly they only interpret the interpreters.
He does not have a system, a structure, a form, an outline. Krishna is formless, incorporeal. He is limitless.
You cannot define him; he is simply indefinable, hence no one can actually understand Krishna who is so multi-dimensional, to an extent that his inhabitants/bhakts cry and wail, and make merry for him at the same time.
The above is an aspect of my understanding & interpretation of who Bhagwan Shri Krishna is, what Bhagwad Geeta tells us. To get more such inputs, join the Annant Drishti Lecture Series on Bhagwat Geeta & Shrimad Bhagwatam.

Poonam Dutta
I have been on a spiritual journey for as long as I can remember. My initial years were spent in a temple environment before I moved to regular schooling and college. Post college, while I worked in the corporate world (an IT company), circumstances got me into training as a psychologist.
The same set of circumstances also directed me back to my spiritual roots and to help those roots grow into a flowering tree. As a first step, I began to study Vedic Astrology which led me to seek the spiritual aspects of this subject and that drew me towards Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagwad Geeta and much more.

Annant Drishti Aadhaytam Peetham is devoted to learning and spreading Ancient Indian
Wisdom contained in its multiple scriptures and philosophies far and wide.If you have the same interest, do get in touch.
