Why its difficult to change

Have you ever wondered why the same patterns seem to repeat, even after you’ve promised yourself that “this time will be different”?

Many of our automatic behaviors are shaped by years of repetition. These mantras given below gently interrupt familiar mental and emotional loops, supporting a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and inner possibility.

Rather than trying to “fight” your mind, try relaxation, reflection, and openness to new ways of thinking. Through pranayam and deep breathing excercises, increase biomagnetic frequencies, and energetic intentions, you can create an environment where healthier perspectives and more empowering habits can naturally emerge.

Some of the mantras that are helpful are:

1) Raj Gayatri(should be practiced under a guru, as it has repetition of 9 “Om” , and nyaas Viniyog under Tantra rituals.

2) The Buddhist Heart Sutra, representing the perfection of wisdom- “Gate Gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha”
3) “Asato mā sadgamayaTamaso mā jyotirgamayaMṛtyormā amṛtaṃ gamayaOṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ”- a mantra originating from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad (1.3.28). It is a universal prayer for spiritual awakening, guiding the seeker from ignorance and illusion toward truth, wisdom, and immortality.
